Something

Caesar-y

Serves 4

½ head romaine lettuce

½ head radicchio

¼ to ½ a cup Caesar Dressing (Chase’s / Dana’s)

1 small bunch of grapes, cut in half

4 radishes, sliced thin

1 big handful croutons

¼ cup shaved parmesan

fresh cracked pepper

  1. Cut the romaine lettuce and radicchio in half and remove the core. Tear off chunks of the lettuce about 2 inches in size and place them in a large salad bowl. Use your hands to break apart the individual leaves and toss until the lettuces are mixes.

  2. Add the salad dressing and toss together. Start with ¼ of a cup, and add more depending on the size of the head of your lettuce. Taste, and add more dressing if you need to.

  3. Place the tossed salad in the bowl you are serving your salad in. Top with the sliced grapes, radishes, croutons, and shaved parmesan, and crack pepper over the salad to your liking.
